Before contacting us
- The Quick Start walks through installation, your first scan, and the Play mode patrol.
- The manual, part 2 explains the scan’s assumptions and known limitations.
What to include
- Your Unity or Tuanjie Engine version and plugin version. Find the latter in Window > ★ Localization Checker > About.
- The steps you took, the result you expected, and what happened instead.
- Any relevant Console output and a screenshot of the checker window.
- For a result you believe is incorrect: the text, font, and resolution used for the check.
